5/6/26: Fire and Burn Prevention Classes at GBS ‘t Graantje in Balen
Last but not least this school year, the 52 students at GBS ‘t Graantje attended our fire and burn prevention classes. The visit to the smoke chamber was a fascinating experience for them, and the 23 preschoolers in K2 and K3 also took on this challenge.
29/5/26: Fire safety lessons at St Joseph’s School in Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe
During our lessons, we warned the children about the dangers of fire and heat. We also taught them how to evacuate a smoke-filled room efficiently. Not only did the 115 primary school pupils visit our smoke chamber, but the 85 nursery school children also took up the challenge.
19/5/26: Prevention lessons at VBS De Toverboom – Geel-Bel
At VBS De Toverboom in Bel, 137 primary school pupils attended our lessons. The oldest nursery children also visited the smoking room. That same week, all the children at the school went on a charity walk to raise money for our charity. Thank you for this wonderful initiative!
11/5/26: Fire Safety Classes at VBS Kringeling in Hever
Our fire safety classes were attended by 157 students from VBS Kringeling in Hever. Twenty-three brave preschoolers also took on the challenge of experiencing a smoke-filled room for the first time. Everyone made it out safely.
7/5/26: Fire Safety Lessons at Zonnebos Special Education School in ‘s Gravenwezel
We taught a class to 62 students at the Zonnebos Special Education School in ‘s Gravenwezel.They learned to recognize dangerous situations and make sensible decisions to reduce the risk of burns.In our smoke chamber, they experienced and learned how to quickly and effectively evacuate a room filled with thick smoke.
23, 24 and 30/4/26: Prevention lessons at Retie Primary School
On 23, 24 and 30 April, it was the turn of Retie Primary School. Our prevention volunteers delivered no fewer than 17 lessons to 418 pupils.
