Our safety lessons were attended by 252 enthusiastic pupils from VBS De Parel in Lichtaart.

During these informative sessions, they learned how to administer first aid for burns and, among other things, what the slogan “Water first… The rest can wait!” means.
It was also pointed out that smoke detectors are mandatory and that it is a good idea to establish agreements at home that can be followed in the event of a fire, including evacuation plans.

In the smoke chamber that was set up, they were able to experience how to leave a burning house as quickly as possible.
